Privacy

Uplifting ABA runs upliftingaba.com. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe through our Squarespace store. We don't see or store your full card number.
• When you sign up for emails: your name and email. Sign-ups on our forms go to our email provider (Kit). If you tick the optional box at checkout, your email is saved in our store's contact list.
• When you contact us: whatever you choose to send. Please don't send children's names, clinical records, or health information.
• Basic site analytics from Squarespace, such as pages visited, general location, and device type.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and send your receipt and download link.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To send emails only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Buying a product does not sign you up for marketing emails.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, store, and email (such as Squarespace, Stripe, and Kit), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email at any time. To see, correct, or delete your information, write to hola@upliftingaba.com.

Refunds

Our products are digital downloads, and digital sales are final. If your file won't open or you bought the wrong language, email hola@upliftingaba.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

Product use

Our books, guidebooks, and workbooks are educational information, not diagnosis or treatment. They don't replace care from a professional who knows your child. If anyone is in immediate danger in the U.S., call 911. For an emotional crisis, call or text 988 (for Spanish, call 988 and press 2, or text AYUDA to 988). Outside the U.S., call your local emergency number.

Individual purchases are licensed for personal and family use. Schools, clinics, and organizations: ask about organization licenses at hola@upliftingaba.com.

Uplifting ABA Academy products are independently developed and are not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
