Built by a BCBA who still runs sessions.
I'm Ricardo de la Peña, a practicing BCBA and Texas LBA with about a decade in the field — early intervention, severe behavior reduction, functional communication training, feeding, caregiver training, and RBT supervision.
I also co-own a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, which means I've written the treatment plans, sat through the reassessments, argued medical necessity with payers, and rebuilt the same staff training deck at eleven at night more times than I'd like to admit.
Uplifting ABA Academy exists because I got tired of rebuilding it. Everything here is something I needed and couldn't buy.
