Questions

Before you buy

Is this therapy?

No. These are educational books for families. They explain what may be happening and give you practical steps to try at home. They don't diagnose or treat, and they don't replace a professional who knows your child. Each book explains when to ask for more help.

Do we need a diagnosis or ABA services to use them?

No. The guidebook is written for families with or without a diagnosis, and with or without services, including families who live far from providers.

How do I get my file?

Right after checkout you get an email with your download link. The link stays active for 24 hours after your first download, so save the PDF to your computer or phone. Don't see the email? Check your spam folder, or write to hola@upliftingaba.com.

Can I print it?

Yes. You can print the pages for your own family as often as you need. To use them in a school or clinic, or with several families, you need an organization license. Write to hola@upliftingaba.com.

What if the file won't open or I bought the wrong language?

Digital sales are final, but if your file won't open or you bought the wrong language, email hola@upliftingaba.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. Full policy.

Can I get a printed copy?

Yes. When Big Feelings Take Over is on Amazon in paperback and Kindle, and so is The Hard Part Is Stopping (paperback and Kindle). The new edition of The Empowered Parent Guidebook is coming to Amazon in paperback and Kindle this week, and the PDF is available here now.
